JB Evans £10 Gift Card

GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. JB Evans Art is owned by Clecs Media CYF (Company Number 13913900). Reference of or to we, us, our, JB Evans Art, Oriel Noah, Clecs Media CYF will be the same.
2. GBP £ JB Evans Art Gift Cards can be used in full or part payment for goods in both in store and online.
3. Gift Cards cannot be used for purchases JB Evans Art works from any other gallery or supplier other than Oriel Noah or JB Evans Art.
4. Gift Cards cannot be used to buy another artist work from the Oriel Noah website or store.
5. If the entire balance of a Gift Card is not spent in one transaction, the remaining balance will remain available on the Gift Card for future use or until the Gift Card Expires. The Gift Card balance will be printed on the receipt after each use.
6. JB Evans Art may exclude specific product from purchase via Gift Card which will be identified at purchase of the Gift Card or if any desired work at the time of Gift Card Purchase is no longer available at the time of use.
7. Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers.
8. GBP £ Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be redeemed in ROI.
9. JB Evans Art Gift Cards are not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee cards, cannot be redeemed for cash or Oriel Noah or JB Evans Art once purchased and cannot be sold or re-tendered. This will not affect your statutory rights.
10. All Gift Cards hold an expiry date, 12 months from date of purchase or until the expiration date on the Gift Card, which ever is greater at which time any unused balance on a Gift Card will expire and be lost.
11. Any product purchased with a Gift Card or eGift Card cannot be exchanged, refunded or part refunded unless for damage which can be proven to have occurred to an original or printed work (including frame) prior to use of the Gift Card.  
12. Any funds loaded to a Gift Card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some or all funds held on any Gift Card issued may not be available to be spent.
13. Clecs Media CYF (Ltd) reserve the right to decline or withdraw Gift Cards or eGift Cards, and the right to amend these terms and conditions of Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the Gift Card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
14. Gift Cards or eGift Cards must be treated like cash, JB Evans Art cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards and they will not be replaced.
15. All risk will pass to the customer upon digital or physical delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. JB Evans Art can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards following delivery to the recipient. 
16. Gift cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. JB Evans Art is responsible for funds on the card used without your knowledge.
17. JB Evans Art Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with this card. 
18. Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. JB Evans Art cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any gift cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.
19. Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase. 
20. JB Evans Art Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted by JB Evans Art.
21. The re-sale of Gift Cards sold via this website is strictly prohibited.
22. Force Majeure: JB Evans Art cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
23. Breach of these conditions will entitle JB Evans Art to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
24. Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
